Many people don't really know why they have yellow teeth and what is causing them, especially
since they brush their teeth at least twice, a day and some even more often.
Others have naturally yellow or off-white teeth to start off with and do not necessarily have white

people have reported getting sensitive gums.
4.Strips - Whitening strips can be placed on the teeth, one or two times a day, and will last up to
one year if they work. Make sure each tooth is evenly covered.
5.Trays - Bleaching trays are an effective way to whiten teeth and can be purchased in packages.
The tray is molded to fit in your mouth so as to bleach evenly.
