2. Step 1
โอนโค้ดมาให้ทางสาขาจี.เอ็ม.ที่คุณซื้อขาย
หากท่านไม่ต้องการโอนโค้ดทุกครั้ง ติดต่อเราเพื่อเปิด Open Branch
Transfer queue to your appointed G.M. branch
If you do not wish to transfer code each time, contact us to Open Branch

3. Step 2
กรอกเบอร์ PNR / เลือก GDS ที่คุณจองบุ๊กกิ้งมา / คลิก ‘View & Pricing’
Fill in your PNR / select GDS that you reserved / click ‘View & Pricing’

4. ตรวจสอบรายละเอียด

Verify your itinerary

5. Step 3
เลือกแฟร์ที่ต้องการออก
(หากมีหลายแฟร์)
Select the fare you wish
to issue (if multiple fares
available)

6. สามารถคลิกเพื่อขยายดูราคา

You can expand to view the
Passenger Pricing

7. Step 4
กรอกอีเมลเอเย่นต์ที่ต้องการรับ
E-ticket
Fill in the Agent Email to receive
the E-ticket

8. Step 5
สามารถเลือก ‘G.M. Credit’
แล้วกรอก Username กับ
Password
You can choose to pay with
G.M. Credit by filling out your
username and password

กรอกรายละเอียดบัตร
If you choose to pay with
credit card, fill in the card

9. คุณสามารถบวกกำไรและใช้

10. Step 6
คลิก ‘Issue Ticket’
Click ‘Issue Ticket’

11. ออกตั๋วเรียบร้อยแล้ว คุณ
จะได้รับอีเมลยืนยัน
Ticket is successfully
issued. You will receive an
email confirmation.

12. คลิกเพื่อดูและดาวโหลด

You can void ticket free of charge up to 11.45pm of ticket issue date.

15. Step 1
คลิก ‘Void Ticket & Invoice’
click ‘Void Ticket & Invoice’

16. Step 2
ค้นหาใบแจ้งหนี้ที่คุณต้องการ Void
และคลิก ‘View’
Find the invoice you wish to void
and click ‘View’

17. Step 3
ตรวจสอบข้อมูลและคลิก ‘Void
Ticket & Invoice
Verify the details and click ‘Void
Ticket & Invoice’

18. ตั๋วและใบแจ้งหนี้ได้ทำการยกเลิก
เรียบร้อยแล้ว
You ticket and invoice are now void.
