New Construction
Gibson Design Group works closely with builders and homeowners on
spec and custom homes. We either work as a consultant for the
builder or as a consultant for the homeowner. Typically, we are
involved in the building process from the ground up. We
provide architectural edits, interior drawings, and space plans, as well
as working with the homeowner on specifications and selections.
Our involvement in the new construction process does not finish with
the preliminary design. We are always available for questions from
the builder, superintendents, subcontractors, and, of course, from the
homeowner. Additionally, we schedule several walk-thrus during the
construction, providing assistance on design implementation and
troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
At Gibson Design Group, we view ourselves as a part of the
construction team and believe that our job is not finished until the new
homeowner is in his/her new home and extremely happy with the results.

At Gibson Design Group, we work closely with our clients and the members
