- Sign in using the email and phone number you supplied to LIPA when you applied to the Pump rebate program, if you don’t remember we can supply that information
- The payment page will have some of your information pre-populated, just fill in the rest and click on submit, remember there is a minimum of 50 customers required to participate in our program
- A receipt will be sent to your email address
- To enter Customer Data click on the Choose File button, this will let you choose an excel spread sheet to import. Rremember it must be in the .xls format, if you are using a version that has .xlsl its easy to convert
- If you choose the wrong file type and error message will appear
- .xls files are created by Excel 97-2003
- To convert simply click on the top left office button
- Now choose Save As and click on Excel 97-2003 , that’s it you can now upload the file
- Keep in mind that the way your excel file is laid out is not important so long as it has the required 8 fields, the order it not important, it is important to know that every record must have an email address or a phone number or it will be rejected by the system
- Once you have selected an .xls file click on the upload file button
- Now it’s a simple matter to match your columns, on the left with our columns on the right, start by highlighting the column name on the left and then click the appropriate arrow on the right to match the columns up
- Continue to match all 8 columns on the right, if you have left over columns don’t worry it won’t matter
- Now you wil see your customer data in the window on the right, to edit or add data just click the Customer name
- This opens up a window where you can edit or add. Be sure to add all of the pool data or we won’t be able to create the customer reports
- For the last three fields click the drop down arrow and select from the multiple choices
- The columns are sortable, click on the column name and it will put that column in alphabetical or numerical order
- In ths example the Customer names have been sorted
- Now we take over, we will create the energy audit report, brand it with your company name and put it on web page accessiable only by that particular customer
- Then we will send a series of eamils and text messages linking them to the report, don’t worry the emails and texts are creative and worthwile and your customers can opt –out at the click of their mosuse
