- 2. 22 Interagency Chief Learning Officer Council • In 2005, I founded a community of practice group which evolved into the Interagency Chief Learning Officer Council • We established two goals for group collaboration: o Find ways to save taxpayer funding for training o Find innovative ways to engage the learner • After retirement from the Federal Government in 2012, I am continuing to find ways to further these goals
