Operational Requirements for Conducting a Gear 66 Sale
 6 Weeks before sale: Supplier submits detailed product and inventory
  information, branded content materials, digital assets
 1 Week before sale: Supplier confirms inventory allocation for Gear 66 sale
 After the Gear 66 sale:
     Gear 66 sends supplier a purchase order for items purchased by
      members during the sale
     For drop-ship fulfillment, a detailed shipping request is sent. Supplier
      provides shipping and tracking information upon fulfillment
 10 days after sale & merchandise drop-ship fulfilled: Gear 66 makes
  payment to supplier
