the album artwork, to
show potential
audience members
what they need to be
“looking out for”. The
artwork shows that the
album is likely to follow
the funk Rock genre.
We see both the name
of the artist and the
Album name. The
words stand out,
thanks to the colour
white contrasting with
the darker background
theme. The font of the
artist and album name
are wavy showing that
its part the background
of water. Interestingly
however, the size of
the album name is
larger and more
prominent that the
artist name.
We see the use of
different font size when
looking at the words “The
New album” and “Out
Know”, which is in a much
bigger font than us being
told it’s a new album. This
follows magazine
conventions. We also seed
information about the
recording label. This is
given the smallest font as
its considered to be the
least important. However,
it gives us very little
information about the
album. There are no social
media links, although
there is a website is link,
and no information telling
us about, how we can get
the album and what's on
the album
