13. Quality? Education
...It is precisely the attitude and the work of parents and educators that
can make a difference and ensure that young people stop wasting their
time on this type of Internet and begin to use the learning and
socialization spaces that are also available on Internet.

21. What does gencat do
on the networks?
Promote networking to produce public value with the rest of
actors.
1. Be transparent in relations with other agents.
Collaboration is important:
?
- externally (clients)
- internally (communities, groups...)
2. Improve internally (and externally) efficiency
levels (employees, procedures, processes, projects)
3. Encourage the participation of citizens in the
creation and elaboration of public services
and policies, in reflection, in assessment...

44. Which profiles, accounts...? 1/3
The work that needs to be done on social networks is carried out
according to the monitoring that takes place in our organization [or
activity] or the topic to which we want to give value. We use
applications.
For example:
- Uvervu: http://www.ubervu.com (29 to 49 dollars / month)
- Sysomos: http://www.sysomos.com (500 dollars / month)
- Radian 6: http://www.radian6.com (600 dollars / month)

46. Which profiles, accounts...? 3/3
The Generalitat of Catalonia, through the Presidential Department,
establishes two procedures for social networks:
1. Authorization of the account/profile by the GD for Citizen Attention.
Name of department, service or brand + cat
E.g.: justiciacat, ptopcat, emergenciescat, bibliotequescat
2. Application of the suitable corporate image established by the GD for
Corporation Communications.
