3. MANAGING PROJECTS USING MICROSOFT PROJECT 2010/2013 (2 days) – Hands-
on Practical
SYNOPSIS
Studies have shown that the success rate of projects will increase when a systematic approach to project
management is adopted, especially when projects get more complex and dynamic. This can be complemented
by using an effective project software tool like Microsoft Project which can help to define, plan and monitor
