What is AIESEC?

AIESEC is the international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential. Our platform enables
organizations to interact and source high-potential university students and graduates from all over the world
through our exchange programs, conferences, and virtual communication tools.
The majority of our partner organizations engage with AIESEC in order to increase their profile, attract top talent to their
organization, or to support our efforts in enabling young people to develop their potential.




The things we do....
AIESEC engages over 28.000 young people at any point in time, or about 80.000 every five years, and is the world’s
largest youth-run organization.




AIESEC provides its members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities,
international internships and participation in a global learning environment. Each year we offer our members:




• 6.500 leadership opportunities

• Over 350 conferences

• 4.400 professional work abroad experiences

• Virtual and physical Learning Networks




The way we do it….

Our approach to engaging young people consists of several important principles that enable us to develop individuals that
are valuable to organizations and society.




Individuals Taking Responsibility for their participation in AIESEC, resulting in a proactive attitude.

Nurturing Self-Awareness through goal-setting, mentorship, and visioning exercises, enabling them to act with purpose.

Challenging Perceptions of the world and themselves, allowing them to see problems and issues from different
perspectives.

Building Networks to support them in achieving their goals and visions.

Developing Skills and Knowledge to increase their capacity to have a positive impact.

AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of
institutions of higher education.

Our global network of offices reaches over 1.100 universities in 100 countries and territories.

Our platform enables organizations to interact and source high-potential university students and graduates from all over the world through our exchange programs, conferences, and virtual communication tools.
  • 2. The majority of our partner organizations engage with AIESEC in order to increase their profile, attract top talent to their organization, or to support our efforts in enabling young people to develop their potential. The things we do....
  • 3. AIESEC engages over 28.000 young people at any point in time, or about 80.000 every five years, and is the world’s largest youth-run organization. AIESEC provides its members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participation in a global learning environment. Each year we offer our members: • 6.500 leadership opportunities • Over 350 conferences • 4.400 professional work abroad experiences • Virtual and physical Learning Networks The way we do it…. Our approach to engaging young people consists of several important principles that enable us to develop individuals that are valuable to organizations and society. Individuals Taking Responsibility for their participation in AIESEC, resulting in a proactive attitude. Nurturing Self-Awareness through goal-setting, mentorship, and visioning exercises, enabling them to act with purpose. Challenging Perceptions of the world and themselves, allowing them to see problems and issues from different perspectives. Building Networks to support them in achieving their goals and visions. Developing Skills and Knowledge to increase their capacity to have a positive impact.
