Gas monitoring probes are used to enhance environmental protection at landfills. Gas
concentrations are measured at permit or regulatory specified time intervals. This process
allows potential environmental concerns to be identified early, evaluated and corrected
(when necessary) in accordance with regulations and sound scientific approaches.
