Japanese fashion designers to complete the
special collection
• Each collection brings a straightforward and a
riveting approach to menswear
3. Marvy Jamoke
• Because of the designer’s attentiveness to sports
and outdoor activities, he tends to look at
functional aspects of garments
• Sasaki also collects military gear and
incorporates that into his designs
• The designer came up with main designs and
worked around them before deciding on the
line-up for the collection
• His collection is made up of casual style with a
vintage military look

4. Aloye
• Was founded in 2011 by three graphic designers
with no fashion designer background
• They make t-shirts and sweaters from their own
point of view

5. Teatora
• Kamide says he wants to develop practical
solutions for the urban environment
• His garments are aimed to make travel
packing easier and sitting in a chair for a
long period of time easier, but also to make
the daily commute more tolerable

smart-casual tailoring designed with
function in mind

6. Sasquatchfabrix.
• The brand’s philosophy is to create things
exclusive to a specific time and place
• Their collection is influenced by ‘90s skate
and graffiti culture
• The brand was founded in 2003 and they
make western clothes with an oriental
outlook
• Yokoyama likes to mix east and west fashion
into his clothes and is inspired by his own
culture and its historical contexts

7. Kics Document
• This specific brand is all about its Japanese
culture -- everything is produced and made
in Japan making it truly authentic
• They want to inspire young generations to
get involved in manufacturing and design
• The brand’s goal is to represent Japanese
craftsmanship because technological
knowledge is no longer passed down
• It’s designs are smart and unique carrying
traditional values

8. Orslow
• Nakatsu named his brand after its slow
design and manufacturing process
• The designer makes sure to give careful
attention that is poured into each of its
workwear-inspired products
• The brand uses original fabric and reinvents
the vintage denim finish
• Nakatsu says he was always enticed by the
distinctive color fading and aging of denims
of the 1950s and 1960s
