2. • Review and approve / disapprove Lab Analysis Dispatch Furnishes the Line Manager
onwards, with reports regularly.
• Monitor warehouse stock checks including picking / shipping
• Review and Approve Lab Analysis Dispatch Sheets ensuring preparation as directed by
client; ensure all required lab samples are selected and delivered to LABCO. Forward all
relevant paperwork to Clients.
• Review daily Temperature Monitor Reports of grounded containers. Monitor failed
containers for prompt notification to Warehouse managers and proper movement of products.
• Manage all damaged products ensuring all damaged cases are properly received and/or
segregated, labeled, moved into designated damage container(s) / locations (s). Ensure
damaged cases are moved properly in Exceed.
• Review FC warehouse temperature control logs Ensure all variances are promptly followed-
up and rectified.
• Ensures spontaneous resolving of discrepancies observed by the stock controllers and
quality coordinators. Alternately avails a plan of action for sorting discrepancies.
• Review the KPI’s and verifies it summarily.
• Regulating data updated on the system is accurate.
• Coordinates with the Stock Controllers on matters of system and operational anomalies and
stock replenishments
• Furnishing Monthly/Weekly Inventory Reports /Expiry reports to Inventory Control Manager
• Review WMS Reports for stock and transaction checks and maintains daily records of
such checks.
• Monitor and Follow up on timely update of data on WMS

3. • Perpetually follows up on discrepancies, non-conformities and reports on developments
and inaction daily.
• Ensures spontaneous resolving of discrepancies observed by the stock
• Controllers and quality coordinators. Alternately avails a plan of action for sorting
discrepancies.
• Coordinates with the Stock Controllers on matters of system and operational anomalies
and stock replenishments
• Furnishing Monthly/Weekly Expiry reports, Item on Hold reports and Report Of
Discrepancies to the line manager
• Coordinates with the Quality Coordinators on the micro level for expediting resolving of
pending issues.
• Coordinates between warehouse, and operations cell for identifying Root Cause Analysis
and Corrective & Preventive Action.
• Identifies scope for training that may have evaded the departmental heads.
• Verifies Reports forwarded by various departments for accuracy / contradictions.
