2. HOTEL IBP - Introduction
 Hotel IBP(Invoice Based Payment) is One of the Source of Booking for the
Hotels.
 As Hotel IBP reservations are done by the HD360 Front Desk officer by
speaking to Guest in the Phone Call, all the operations what he has to do are
very simple.

3. HOTEL IBP - Advantage
 System is very flexible, so that he can complete the Reservation in quick time
without taking too long time, as he will be in the Call with the Guest.
 It will Increase the Number of Bookings.
 After Finalizing the Details according to the Guest’s Requirement, then Guest
Will get the IBP Mail, which includes a Link to complete the Booking Process.
 Clicking on the Link, Redirects to the Make Payment Page of eZeeLink.
 Using this Link, Guest can complete his Reservation Process.

4. HOTEL IBP
 In Login Page of HD360, Enter the Valid Data and Click on Sign in Button

5. HOTEL IBP
 If there Multiple Hotels Present under One Provider, Need to click on a Hotel in which
reservation need to be done.

 In HD360, Booking can be Done in Two Ways.

New Booking
2.
Quick Booking

7. HOTEL IBP – New Booking
1. New Booking
 Click on Reservations Tab in that Click on New Booking Section.
 Then Select the Checkin and Checkout Dates.
 Select the Occupancy Type and Rate Name, if there are any Amenity and
Meal Plan are available for the Room select those Details also.
 After Entering the Guest Requirement Details, Click on Continue Button.

8. HOTEL IBP – New Booking
 For New Booking, go to Reservations and click on New Booking

 Enter all the Details and click on Continue Button

 After Clicking on Continue Button Below Screen will be Displayed.

 Enter All the Guest Details
 Payment Type can be Selected as Full or Partial,
 If Payment Type selected is “Partial Payment” then it will ask for value in
percentage
 After Entering the Details, click on Finalize Button

 After Clicking on Finalize Button, a Reservation Reference Number will be
generated.
 And also a mail (IBP Mail) will be sent to guest with a link which redirects to
the Make Payment Page of eZeeLink.

2. Quick Booking
 For Quick Booking, Click on Reservations Tab and click on Quick Booking Section.
 Then Select the Checkin and Checkout Dates.
 Select the Occupancy Type and Rate Name, if there are any Amenity and Meal Plan are
available for the Room select those Details also.
 After Entering the Guest Requirement Details, Other Fields(Rooms Configuration, Main
Guest Details and Payment Details) will be Displayed.
 Guest Can select the Multiple Rooms, Adults and Child
 After Entering All the Details Click on Finalize Button.

14. HOTEL IBP – Quick Booking
 Click on Quick Booking Tab, then below Details will be Displayed.

 After Entering the Guest Requirement Details, Other Fields(Rooms Configuration,
Main Guest Details and Payment Details) will be Displayed.
 Payment Type can be Selected as Full or Partial,

16. HOTEL IBP
 After Clicking on Finalize Button, a Reservation Reference Number will be

17. HOTEL IBP – IBP Mail
 Guest will get a Mail including the Link, which redirects to the Make Payment Page of
eZeeLink.

18. HOTEL IBP – Make Payment
 Clicking on the Link sent in Mail, it redirects Make Payment Page of eZeeLink.
 Here Guest Can confirm reservation by paying the amount Online.

19. HOTEL IBP – Payment Gateway
 The payment gateway is PCI DSS compliant and hence all credit/Debit card, Net
banking and all sorts of payment are processed in secure environment
 Here Select the Choice of Payment and click on Continue Button.

20. HOTEL IBP – Payment Gateway
 Select the Payment Type and Select the Bank and Click on Pay Now Button.

21. HOTEL IBP– Payment Gateway
 Enter the Details about the Particular Bank and Click on Confirm Button.
 Then the Booking Confirmation Page will be Displayed.

22. HOTEL IBP – Confirmation Page
 After the Successfully Payment, Displaying Booking Confirmation Page and Click on
Print confirmation Button.

23. HOTEL IBP – Booking Confirmation Mail
 After Successful Booking, the Booking Confirmation Mail will be sent to the Guest.

24. HOTEL IBP – Discounts and Other Charges
 In Hotel IBP, we can Apply Some Discounts on Occupancy Rate and We can
also add some Extra(Other) Charges on the Occupancy Rate
 If the Guest needs some Discounts in the Occupancy Rates, then Discounts
can be Configured in HD360.
 During the Booking Process, Hotel People Can select the Particular Discount
which has been Configured.
 During Booking, They can also Create the Discount(Custom Discount) on the
Fly.
 During the Booking Process, if the Hotel People want to Add some Extra
Charges to the Occupancy Rate, then Other Charges can be Configured in
HD360

25. HOTEL IBP - Discounts
 To Configure the discounts, Click on Configure Tab, in that Click on Basic
Data, then Click on Discounts Section.

26. HOTEL IBP - Discounts
 Click on Add Discount Button.

27. HOTEL IBP - Discounts
 Enter the Details regarding the Discount, Discount Type can be in Percentage or Fixed.

28. HOTEL IBP - Discounts
 Select the Charges for which Discount should be Applied.

 Select the Roles for whom Discount should be Displayed during Booking Process and
click on Confirm Button.

30. HOTEL IBP - Discounts
 After Configuring the Discount, make it as Active

31. HOTEL IBP - Other Charges
 In HD360, Additional(Extra) Charges can Be added to the Occupancy Rate
 For that Goto Configure Tab, then Click on Master Data Section.

32. HOTEL IBP - Other Charges
 In Popup Window, click on Other Charges in Add-On Setup Section

 Click on Add Other Charge Button.

 In Other Charges Popup Window, enter the Charge Name and click on
Confirm Button..

35. HOTEL IBP - Other Charges
 After clicking on Confirm Button, Make the charge as Active.

36. HOTEL IBP - Other Charges
 We Can also Add Standard Charges, for that Click on Add Standard Charges
Button.

37. HOTEL IBP - Other Charges
 Select any Standard Charges and click on Confirm Button

38. HOTEL IBP- Other Charges
 Displaying all the Charges and Make sure that All of them should be Active.

39. HOTEL IBP – Add Discount
 During Booking Process, we can add the Discount for the Occupancy
Rates by Clicking on Add Discount Button.

40. HOTEL IBP – Add Discount
 In Add Discount Popup Window Select the Discount and click on Confirm
Button.

41. HOTEL IBP – Add Discount
 After adding the Particular Discount, Discount will be Applied on Occupancy
Rate.

42. HOTEL IBP – Add Discount
 We can add the Custom Discount also on the fly.
 For that Click on Add Discount Button and in Add Discount Popup Window
click on Custom Discount Tab
 Then Enter the Discount Name and enter the Rate type and Amount and click
on Confirm Button.

43. HOTEL IBP – Add Discount
 Discounts have been Applied Successfully.

44. HOTEL IBP – Add Other Charges
 During Booking Process, we can add the Extra Charges also.
 Click on Add Other Charges Button.

45. HOTEL IBP – Add Other Charges
 In Add Other Charges Popup Window, Enter the Details and Click on
Confirm Button.

 Other Charges are Successfully Applied on Occupancy Rate

47. HOTEL IBP
 After Applying the Other Charges and Discount Click on Finalize Button.
 Then the Guest will Get the Mail Including the Link, Clicking on which
redirects to the Make Payment Page of eZeeLink.
 In Make Payment Page, Details about Other Charges and Discounts are
Displayed.
