SharePoint has enabled organizations to collaborate in ways that were unheard of just 10 short years ago. With the new release of SharePoint 2010 Microsoft has provided even more effective and ingenious tools for organizations to use. However, despite all of the advances within the platform some organizations still are unable to use SharePoint in order to gain the successes and achievements promised by using the platform. This session is devoted to the non-technical side or as I call it the “Human Factors” that need to be taken into consideration and worked on in order to achieve more success with using SharePoint. This session will focus on tasks that both Users and IT Departments can do in order to be successful with using the SharePoint platform.
