Evolution now working with Research Now to conduct a syndicated study
         amongst UK SMEs on the Commercial Insurance market




Evolution, utilizing Research Now's opinion panels, is conducting a syndicated study on how UK
small and medium enterprises (SMEs) view and purchase commercial insurance.


The SME commercial insurance market is a relatively under-researched area, though there is
considerable interest in a segmentation of the market's customers, coupled with the ongoing
tracking of trends. For insurers and brokers, this study will provide critical insight into the needs,
beliefs and insurance purchasing patterns of SMEs in the UK. This, in turn, will inform key elements
of their marketing strategy including target marketing, product offerings and features, communication
strategies, distribution choices, and e-commerce strategy. The final report will be available in
Q1 2011.
