2. What are I>Clickers? I>clickers are audience response systems-- think of “Ask the Audience” on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.”

3. Using I>Clickers in the Classroom Students receive instant feedback when answering questions posed by the teacher. Each student uses a hand held wireless “clicker” which allows them to “vote” by pushing a button. A signal is sent from each student’s clicker to the receiver. Continued

4. Using I>Clickers in the Classroom The teacher then uses a receiver to collect the votes when each student has voted. The teacher finally displays the results of the voting by pushing a button on the teacher’s clicker, which displays a graph and highlights the correct answer. Teachers can set up the system to identify what answers each class member gave.
