How to use East Tennessee Children's Hospital's Patient Portal.

Use the Logon ID
and password you
were sent in an
email to access
your child’s portal.
You will be able to
change this
password later.

This is the home page of
the Patient Portal.
Here you can choose to see:
• Appointment times
•Your child’s medications
•Visit history
•Lab and test results
•Billing Information
•Discharge information

3. EAST TENNESSEE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
You can see the most
recent updates about
your child’s health on the
home page.

4. EAST TENNESSEE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
Click on Health Record to
see your child’s conditions,
test results and reports
from his doctor.

information about your

6. EAST TENNESSEE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
To see the hospital bill for your
child’s care, click on Billing on
the home page.
You will be able to see all of
your accounts in one place.
Choose Print on the right side
of the page if you would like to
print your bill.

If you want to change your
password, go to Preferences on
the home page.
Then choose Change
Password from the
menu on the right
side of the User
Preferences page.
