Do you think you know many things about
the Colosseum? Here I´m going to tell you some I believe that if you like
more interesting things! history and everything
The Roman Colossseum is a wonderful related to the Romans,
amphitheatre of the Roman Empire. It was built fights between them and the
many years ago, in the first century of the Hebrew, what their lives,

been refilled. One of the current uses of the
Colosseum is the Via Cruses, headed by the
Pope, carried out every Holy Friday.

2. Did you know that those who live in San Pablo say that
CHRIST OF CORCOVADO Christ of Corcovado will clap it hands when Cariocas get
down to work?
The Christ the Redeemer statue or Christ of Corcovado is
a 38 m high statue of Jesus of Nazareth with open arms
showing the city of Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil. It is located
at 709 meters above sea level in the National Park of
Tijuca, at the top of the Corcovado Mountain. It dates
back to 1931, after five years of work. It´s considered the
largest Art deco statue in the world- incredible! Christ
The Redeemer is one of the great attractions of Brazil,
and it still looks almost like the first day it was shown.
People love it!
The Corcovado provides an amazing viewpoint for the
average tourist; you can see the entire city of Rio de
Janeiro, and for believers it is a place of pilgrimage.
In 2007 it was named one of the New Seven Wonders of
the Modern World.
The Christ The Redeemer statue must be a beautiful
tourist attraction to visit with family or friends. If some
day I get the chance, I would love to go. Not only to see
the statue, but also to see all the beautiful city of Rio de
Janeiro.
