2. A BRIEF BACKGROUND
1996 San Beda applied
the EXPANDED ROTC
PROGRAM where a
number of 2nd year
students took the
alternative CWS (in lieu
of MS 21 and 22)
whose nature is
maximizing the time of
students for
community service in
various forms.
However, it was the
prerogative of the
