To make 10 portion:
 Calculate the ingredients you need for the number of portions according to your
group, in grams.
 First I calculate how much everything weighs .
 1,75 cups flour=> 1,75*250=435.5 grams flour
 A pinch of salt= about 4 grams of salt
 ¾ cup of butter=>3/4*250=187.5 grams of butter
 4-5 tablespoons of water=>4*250 or 5*250=1000-1250 grams of water=> average=1125
grams of water
 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa=>3*20=60 grams unsweetened cocoa








1 cup sugar=>250*1= 250 grams sugar
1 cup water=> 250*1= 250 grams water
2 tablespoons butter=>2*20= 40 grams butter
1/3 cup flour=> 1/3*250= 83 1/3 grams flour
3 egg yolk (1 egg yolk=19 grams)=>3*19= 57 grams egg yolk
2/3 cup milk=>2/3*250= 166 2/3 grams milk
1 teaspoon vanilla(1 teaspoon=5 grams)=>1*5= 5 grams vanilla
