1 - project description
This is an enterprise 2.0 platform based on web technologies that works
by connecting employees, patients and doctors to share information and
technical and scientific knowledge on immunotherapy treatments
2 - project “reasons why”
• to improve the adherence on immunoterapy, creating an experience
that engages the patient over time
• improve the quality of service and responsiveness of customer
service dedicated to patients
• enabling physicians to simplify and speed up the administrative burden
relating to the prescription requirement
• to provide patients a quick response to questions about the vaccine
and a system to remind of deadlines related to regimen
• build an online community where physicians share scientific
knowledge and develop clinical practice on immunotherapy
• build an internal knowledge management system to share information
and best practices
• provide support, easily accessible via the web, to the sales reps,
supporting the activities of technical and scientific information to the
doctor
3 - Objectives of the project
Make it less costly and more effective internal processes and build two-
way channels of communication with patients, doctors and employee.
