                                       FINAL SPEAKING TEST - An overview
Things to remember:
        1. There are 4 parts in the test.
        2. There is no time for preparation before each part.
        3. Students should speak no Vietnamese during the test.
        4. Remember to bring student cards.
PART 1 (2-3 minutes)
   -    Teacher asks each student some familiar questions.
PART 2 (2-3 minutes)
   -    Students talk to each other to decide which option would be the best in a situation.
   -    About 6 options are given. Students should discuss all the options before choosing the best.
   -    There is a picture with some ideas to help students.
   -    For example, a school is going to build a sports club. Talk together about the kinds of sports the school
        should develop and say which would be the best.
PART 3 (1 minute for each student)
   -    Each student is given a photograph. While student A (B) is describing the photograph, student B (A) will just
        listen.
   -    ONLY ONE minute for picture description.
   -    No message is needed in this part. Just description.
PART 4 (3 minutes)
   -    Students discuss a topic which is given by Teacher.
   -    Students should avoid this problem: Student A speaks too much while Student B speaks too little.

   -   Ngữ pháp và từ vựng: có khả năng sử dụng cấu trúc ngữ pháp đơn giản ở mức vừa phải và từ vựng phù hợp
       để nói về những vấn đề quen thuộc (7 điểm)
   -   Kiểm soát ngôn liệu: đôi khi vẫn sử dụng những cụm đơn giản thay vì câu đầy đủ; nội dung hầu hết là phù
       hợp; biết cách sử dụng những phương tiện liên kết ở mức độ cơ bản. (7 điểm)
   -   Phát âm: về cơ bản là rõ ràng; mức độ chú trọng đến trọng âm và ngữ điệu chưa được ổn định (7 điểm)
   -   Khả năng giao tiếp: duy trì tốt giao tiếp trong quá trình thảo luận và phát triển bài nói (9 điểm)
       TỔNG ĐIỂM: 7,5
Tú Anh (áo vàng)
   -   Ngữ pháp và từ vựng: có khả năng sử dụng cấu trúc ngữ pháp đơn giản một cách ổn định, có xuất hiện một
       số cấu trúc phức tạp hơn; từ vựng phù hợp để nói về những vấn đề quen thuộc (8 điểm)
   -   Kiểm soát ngôn liệu: cấu trúc câu phức tạp được sử dụng; nội dung phù hợp; biết cách sử dụng những
       phương tiện liên kết ở mức độ cơ bản. (8 điểm)
   -   Phát âm: rõ ràng với một số âm khó phát âm chuẩn; mức độ chú trọng đến trọng âm và ngữ điệu khá ổn định
       (9 điểm)
   -   Khả năng giao tiếp: duy trì tốt giao tiếp trong quá trình thảo luận và phát triển bài nói (9 điểm)
       TỔNG ĐIỂM: 8,5

There is no time for preparation before each part. 3. Students should speak no Vietnamese during the test. 4. Remember to bring student cards. PART 2 (2-3 minutes) - Students talk to each other to decide which option would be the best in a situation. - About 6 options are given. Students should discuss all the options before choosing the best. - There is a picture with some ideas to help students. - For example, a school is going to build a sports club. Talk together about the kinds of sports the school should develop and say which would be the best. PART 3 (1 minute for each student) - Each student is given a photograph. While student A (B) is describing the photograph, student B (A) will just listen. - ONLY ONE minute for picture description. - No message is needed in this part. Just description. PART 4 (3 minutes) - Students discuss a topic which is given by Teacher. - Students should avoid this problem: Student A speaks too much while Student B speaks too little.
