3. Create a Job Requisition
Job Requisitions can be for New Hires
and for Replacements. EmpXtrack
allows variable and multiple details to
be captured for each request type.
Path: Manage >> Recruitment >>
Applicant Tracking >> Create New
Request.
The Job Request (MRF) may need
approval before it is submitted to the
recruiter. This workflow is
configurable.

4. Publish the requisition
Job publishing entails opening the MRF on multiple sites, these may be:
• Employee portal for IJP
• Company Website and
• Agency portals
EmpXtrack allows all the above with seamless integration such that the inflow of candidate resume is
streamlined.
While publishing the recruiter has the choice of displaying the relevant data points for the visibility of
prospective candidates.

5. Manage Candidates
Post publishing of the MRF at one or more options, system keeps receiving candidate resume without any
manual interface.
• Through the company website, the prospective candidates can create a login id, send resume
against one or more open positions. EmpXtrack allows the candidate to maintain updated resume
which is attached to the application automatically.
• Recruiters at an Agency get to view the job request in full and can send resume online
• Through the Employee portal, an existing employee may also send in his resume for an open
position
Recruiter can then shortlist candidates, schedule interview and tests. EmpXtrack send messages and
email to interviewer and candidates automatically.

6. Manage CV database
EmpXtrack Applicant Tracking included a database for CVs to assist your search for the best candidate.
We also support a notes section with each CV. This is available across multiple recruiters and comes in
very handy while shortlisting candidates.
Shortlisting from the database can be done based on multiple fields.

7. Special Feature De-dup and Notes
EmpXtrack provides two unique features to
further enhance user pleasure. They are:
1. Check for Duplicate resume
2. Notes with each resume in the database
Together they ensure a referencible candidate
history and no duplicate resumes.

8. Make Job Offer
EmpXtrack can also generate a job offer to a candidate. The template is configurable. Shown below is the
printable version of one such sample offer letter.
The letter also embeds a URL, user name and password for online candidate’s onboarding .

9. Capture Interview Feedback
EmpXtrack allows the interviewer and test coordinator to view job requests, candidate profile,
recruiter notes and all past feedback before giving their feedback in a pre defined format
including competency ratings ,comments and final ratings and recommendations.

10. Configuration Settings
EmpXtrack provides very comprehensive configurations for Request creation, Publishing, Capturing
Candidate details, Search setup, Resume shortlisting, Interview setting and Result capture.
The workflows and fields are configurable through the UI, accessible to the Administrator.
