The following presentation helps you understanding analytics provided by
EmpXtrack HRMS. EmpXtrack allows

3. Manage Requests
A Manager has access to all requests from their team irrespective of the status. The sections in
display are Leave, Travel, Expense, Attendance, Goals, Appraisals, Promotions &
Transfers and Personal data update.
The action button on the right allows the user to view, modify, send back or reject the request as
per workflow design.
User can switch ROLE and apply FILTERS to view a different portion or a sub section.

4. View dashboards- Attendance
The attendance dashboard displays the attendance status of the team to each manager.
The dashboard displays Present, Closed, Holiday, Leave, Overtime and Undertime
status through color coded images for easy view.
User can switch ROLE and apply FILTERS to view a different portion or a sub section.

5. View dashboards- Performance
The performance dashboards consist of two main sections: the Goals and the Appraisals.
Each graph displays a different but relevant information to the user.

6. View Potential dashboards
The 9 box matrix as it is commonly referred to (or a 12 box in the screen below) plots the
employee on their Performance (goal achievements) versus their Traits (Competencies)
which can be called the Potential of an employee. The high achievers do well in their goal
achievements and show strong leadership attributes and typically fall on the top right
corner of the dashboard.
The number in each box stands for the number of employees in the subset. This allows the
HR to design specific career plans for each set of employees.

7. View dashboards- Spend
The spend dashboard allows a comprehensive view of the team’s spend to a manager. It
brings together the employee count, general expenses, on Salaries and Travel across the
year for trend analysis.

9. Setup Roles, Filters and Groups
EmpXtrack has 6 roles pre configured- Employee, Manager, Reviewer, HR Manager,
Department head (HOD) and Management (CEO).
Through a concept of Grouping and Filtering, each role can be literally redesigned for any
slice of the population. The roles can be mapped to modules too giving very granular
access rights to individuals.

10. Recruitment dashboard
The recruitment dashboard gives a picture of all the open recruitment requests, the number
of candidates required, the number of offers and the related Job Description.
This can help the HR plan their hiring activities, measure success and allocate suitable
resources
