Group Crisis Team Business Support Team Business Support Team Business Support Team Region Crisis Team Manages Corporate level impacts to people, reputation, share value, corporate assets and interests. Regional Crisis Teams provide support the County EMT’s and manage region-specific impacts and issues. Business Support Teams manage business impacts and facilitate implementation of Business Continuity Plans when necessary The Site Incident Management Team is comprised of Facility Management Staff, and is activated as necessary to support the on-scene ERT.
