WHAT IS CERTAIN – IF YOU DON’T FILE, YOU WILL HAVE NO PATENT – FOR ANY STRATEGIC PURPOSE GATHER YOUR TECH REGULARLY – BUNDLE IT AND FILE IT. Provisionals rock. THEN YOU HAVE A YEAR TO PLAY.
