Alles (Leader Partner) contributes to the process of environmental restoration of Venice Lagoon operating
treatments of waste lands and sludge and remediation of contaminated sites.
Archimedes Logica is an Electrical Engineering leader company specialized in conceiving and developing
innovating highly advanced integrated systems in order to fulfill the requests of the Public Administrations.
CVR is a non-profit research organization involved in technological innovation. The research activity of CVR is
mainly focused on environmental science and engineering testing new remediation technologies.
eAmbiente has its core business in consulting and environmental engineering, mainly focused on certifications
and management systems, environmental investigations and restoration of landscape.
STA in specialized in consulting and environmental reclamation fields, characterization of soils, dismantling fuel
retail outlets, installing and managing reclamation plants for water tables and soil.
VEGA is a science and technology Park, aimed at promoting and developing scientific research initiatives
focused on the leading-edge sectors like: Nanotechnologies, ICTs, and Green Economy.
Venice Port Authority is the Public Port Authority. Its duties are programming, promoting and checking the
port operations, maintaining the supply of general interest services and plans to develop the port territory.
4. Gained admittance to LIFE Europeans projects
In 2011, 40 projects out of 312 Italian participants were selected by the
European Community, and after careful evaluation the Green Site project
was considered worthy of being co-financed.
The financial support from the European Community is set at 49.71% of
the planned € 1.377.000 investment.

6. GREEN SITE Project
The project aims at demonstrating the effectiveness of innovative
technology for the reclamation of sediments coming from the excavation of
the canals located in the industrial area of Porto Marghera (Venice, Italy).
The technology, to be demonstrated, involves the use of fluids at a
supercritical state, for the extraction and the use of supercritical water for
the oxidation of hydrocarbons and organic compounds having a high
environmental impact.
