3. What is the STaR Chart and why is it important to me as an Educator? The Texas Campus STaR Chart is a tool designed for technology planning, budgeting for resources, and evaluation of progress in local technology projects. The STaR Chart is important to Educators as it drives funding of technology grants and monitors progress toward meeting goals of the Technology Long Range Plan and NCLB.
