Shams al Arous is the next Large scale mixed use Master Plan
  community to be developed by Dar Al Arkan
• Shams al Arous will be built on 2.8 million square meter site located
  in the east side of Jeddah.
• Strategically located less than 15 km away from Jeddah Cornish,
  less than 4 km away from AlHaramain Ring Road and directly
  accessible on the 52 mt wide Palestine st.

• Distinguished by its beautiful topography, pleasant climate and its
  neighbourhood social functional distribution.

• Shams al Arous development is valued at SR 10 billion investment.
• The project is anticipated to embody 12,000 residential units
