INNOVATIONFROMTRADITION
A business that began life as a small boatyard in 1949 has become a market
leader in the steel yacht building sector within three generations.
LINSSEN YACHTS IS A BYWORD FOR STEEL DISPLACEMENT YACHTS OF

A YACHT
BECOMES PART
OF THE FAMILY!
DO YOU THINK THIS STATEMENT IS A BIT OF AN EXAGGERATION? WE
DON’T, BECAUSE THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE TELLING
US EVERY DAY.
With a Linssen, you don’t just own a steel yacht. Every new Linssen is the
result of listening carefully to the customer’s wishes. In this way, a unique
yacht is built to a “modern” or indeed a “traditional” taste. A displace-
ment yacht is a universal concept that appeals to every taste. The day will
come when you are behind the wheel of your new Linssen for the first
time and you will hear, coming from the murmuring water, the cry:
YOURLINSSENWILLONLYREALLYBECOMEYOUROWNLINSSENFROMTHAT
MOMENT. ALTHOUGH THIS FEELING USUALLY COMES MUCH FASTER!
17. 17
THERE’S SOMETHING ELSE THAT OUR CUSTOMERS APPRECIATE. THEY ALL
RECOGNISE THE TYPICAL SIGNATURE OF OUR BRAND AND ARE AWARE OF
ITS INTEGRITY. THEY APPRECIATE THE RIGOROUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL
AND THE PASSIONATE COMMITMENT OF THE LINSSEN WORKERS WHO ARE
INVOLVED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
A process that begins with selecting, specifying and ordering the boat. A pro-
cess that never actually ends.
BECAUSE THE BOAT FORGES A POWERFUL BOND BETWEEN THE OWNER
AND THE LINSSEN YACHTS TEAM.
The proud owners are inspired by the strong, competent appearance and the
image of a genuine Linssen. That's another reason why you will come across
Linssen motor yachts on the most varied stretches of water in Europe.
Linssen Yachts is a brand which has become a household name in this market
segment both because of its consistent policy on developing new models
and its recognisable style and because of its unrelenting drive for innovation.
AS FAR AS STEEL MOTOR YACHTS ARE CONCERNED, MAASBRACHT IS NOTH-
ING LESS THAN THE CENTRE OF EUROPE!

LINSSEN YACHTS:
A YACHT BUILDER
THAT CHARTS A
CLEAR COURSE
LINSSEN YACHTS IN MAASBRACHT HAS A MOTIVATED TEAM OF QUALIFIED
EXPERTS WORKING AT THEIR DRAWING BOARDS AND COMPUTER SCREENS.
THEIR COMBINED KNOWLEDGE OF ALL ASPECTS OF THE COMPLEX TRADE
OF YACHT BUILDING AND WATER SPORTS IS A DRIVING FACTOR BEHIND THE
SUCCESS OF THE LINSSEN BRAND.
It is no exaggeration to state that Linssen has raised yacht building in
its market segment to a very high level. This was only possible through
consistent development, a self-critical attitude and of course a sincere love
for the craft. Retaining, further developing and perfecting tried and tested
technologies. Selecting, testing and integrating new technologies. Two basic
principles which are the thread that runs through our company policy.
It’s only in this way that the motor yachts built by Linssen Yachts will be able
to offer the quality in future that the market expects from us and allow us to
develop concepts which will subsequently be integrated into the production
process.
THE RESULT IS INNOVATIVE YACHTS FROM WHICH SKIPPERS OFTEN DERIVE
DECADES OF PLEASURE.
32. WE LIKE TO
TAKETHELONG-
TERM VIEW!
AT LINSSEN YACHTS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT IS BASED
ON LONG-TERM STRATEGIES AND CLEAR OBJECTIVES.
So it’s hardly surprising that over the years the Limburg
company has set significant trends time and again. They
are then often eagerly imitated by less innovative boat-
yards and, on more than one occasion, the often shame-
less copies have even come up for discussion in the re-
spectable trade press.
However, Linssen Yachts has always regarded this in a
professional manner and even taken it as a compliment
– after all, only particularly successful products are worth
copying!
WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE, LINSSEN OWNERS ARE
GUARANTEED THAT THEY ARE SPENDING THEIR LEISURE
TIME ON BOARD THE TRUE ORIGINAL.

37. WHEN WE TALK ABOUT QUALITY, CONSTRUCTION IS
ALSO A DETERMINING FACTOR. OVER THE YEARS LINS-
SEN HAS ACCUMULATED EXTENSIVE KNOW-HOW IN
THIS AREA. AT LINSSEN YACHTS HULL CONSTRUCTION IS
THEREFORE A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL PROCESS.
It starts with the design stage in which the designer is
not just looking at the aesthetics but from the outset is
considering the construction aspect and what is techni-
cally feasible and what is not. Next follows the engineer-
ing in which construction, technology and design are co-
ordinated by means of advanced 3D CAD/CAM computer
programs.
All the details are fully worked out digitally before the
data are sent to the hull construction department. There,
all the components are cut out by CNC plasma cutters
and coded.
Another important aspect of this department is the flow
production system. There, the hulls are built in series and
in defined blocks. Accurate scheduling ensures an opti-
mum synergy effect between departments. The metal-
working department delivers the completely preserved
hulls to the Logicam production line in a precisely coordi-
nated sequence (see pages 44-45).
37
38. MUCH USE IS MADE OF FOLDING WORK IN A LINSSEN HULL. FOLDING WORK
INVOLVES THE BENDING OF SHEET STEEL COMPONENTS INTO DIFFERENT
RADIUSES, WHICH CREATES A TAUT RADIUS, PROVIDING A SMOOTH SUR-
FACE FOR PAINTING. WHAT’S MORE, EVERY FOLD IS ONE WELDED SEAM
LESS, THE RESULT OF WHICH IS LESS CONTRACTION, TAUTER HULLS, LESS
FILLING WORK AND THEREFORE AN EVEN BETTER FINISH.
THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HULL IS A UNIQUE DEVELOPMENT BY LINSSEN
YACHTS.
The working method is based on the Linssen FBFS (Fixed Bottom Flex Sides)
system. In principle, this means that the bottom is constructed around the
engine bed and the keel. The Linssen Dual-Cross engine bed is a kind of ex-
tension of the longitudinal stringers that run from stern to bow. The shell
is reinforced by a combination of longitudinal and cross bracing so that it
remains extremely taut during construction and a minimum of filling work
is required at the preservation stage. This also lays the foundations for the
vibration-free and low-noise characteristics of each Linssen Grand Sturdy.
38
39. All floor beams consist of square and rectangular hollow steel sections. This
has major benefits as it creates maximum rigidity and the entire structure
is self-supporting. This means that no supports are needed to the bottom
and so vibrations are not mechanically transmitted from the bottom to the
floor. In most other steel boats, however, this type of floor support is actually
necessary.
In the design and finish of the superstructure, attention is expressly focused
on ensuring that it has a preservation-friendly and therefore maintenance-
friendly exterior. Careful consideration is given to the choice of materials,
drainage systems, rounded angles, deformations (folding, bending) and the
positioning of components.
This makes the construction really sturdy and preservation-friendly, i.e. it has
good anti-corrosion properties.
TYPICAL EXAMPLES OF HIDDEN LINSSEN QUALITY.
39
41. OUR PAINT IS MORE
THANACOSMETICCOAT!
LINSSEN COATING
SYSTEMS
IN 2005, LINSSEN YACHTS HAD IMPRESSIVE NEW BLASTING CABINS AND
SPRAY BOOTHS BUILT. IN THIS MODERN SYSTEM THE BOATYARD HAS THE
MOST ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES FOR AIR-CONDITIONING, CLIMATE CON-
TROL, SANDING, EXTRACTION, BLASTING AND SPRAY PAINTING THAT EXIST
AT THE PRESENT TIME IN THE YACHT BUILDING INDUSTRY.
The quality and service life of a modern two-component paint system stand or
fall by the quality of the working methods used and the infrastructure.
AS FAR AS LINSSEN YACHTS IS AWARE, LINSSEN IS THE ONLY YACHT BUILDER
IN THE NETHERLANDS TO HAVE ITS OWN BLASTING CABIN – AND HAS HAD
SINCE 1982.
Once the steel hull has been constructed it should be completely blast cleaned.
Thisistheonlycorrectmethodforultimatelyobtainingacompletelyclean,grease-
free and pristine hull! The whole surface is freshly blast-cleaned before the most
important coat of paint, the first coat, is applied. It is important because this un-
dercoat could be said to support the rest of the preservation system.
The final coat of paint based on a two-component system is applied just like any
other stage in the preservation process in the same, optimum climatic conditions.
Thespecialcoatofpaintappliedoncompletionofthepreservationprocessiswhat
gives each Linssen its familiar glossy appearance.
41
43. HIGH-TECH FURNITURE
MAKING: IN-HOUSE
PRODUCTION GUARANTEES
THE HIGHEST QUALITY!
Since 2012, our interior construction department has been based in Echt, only a few kilometres from the
boatyard in Maasbracht. Thanks to a sophisticated process, the various interior and exterior parts run
through the new halls and are finally transported to Maasbracht as ready-made modules.
There, a complete interior is produced for each individual yacht. Board material is processed using a fully
automated Bargstedt feeder system connected to a large 3-axis Homag CNC portal milling machine. Other
machinery used includes a 5-axis Homag CNC milling machine, an edgebanding machine, a 4-sided CNC
planer, a 3-axis Morbidelli CNC machining centre and an angle saw with automatic push feed system.
The cut floorboards and furniture panels are fitted and assembled at ergonomic workstations and all the
various interior components are produced using a flexible system. Once the modules have been assem-
bled, they are painted in a special paint shop and the locks and hinges are fitted. The modules are then
transported to the production lines in Maasbracht in a logical sequence.
43
45. LOGICAM®
.
THAT’S HOW WE
BUILD YOUR
DREAM YACHT
IN SERIES!
LOGICAM® is a flow production system in which the
yachts currently under construction – after the steel as-
sembly and preservation stages – progress through the
production hall to the next phase of construction in cycles
lasting a certain number of days. To put it simply, the dis-
cipline doesn’t go to the boat, the boat goes to the disci-
pline.
WITH THIS SYSTEM, LINSSEN YACHTS HAS DEVELOPED
PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY WHICH – IT IS SAFE TO SAY –
ISUNIQUEINTHEYACHTBUILDINGINDUSTRY:LOGICAM®
(BY LINSSEN).
LOGICAM® is a groundbreaking Linssen innovation, which
not only relates to the efficient construction process but
also definitely produces consistent product quality and a
high standard of finish. Any optional components chosen
by the owner are not improvised on the spot but are in-
tegrated into the basic design at the development stage.
45
46. THE BEATING HEART:
A GLANCE INSIDE THE ENGINE ROOM OF A LINSSEN YACHT IS A REVELATION, AND NOT JUST
FOR EXPERTS AND ENTHUSIASTS. THIS IS WHERE THE BEATING HEART OF THE YACHT IS TO BE
FOUND. AND WE’RE NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT THE ENGINE. THIS IS WHERE MANY COMPO-
NENTS, PUMPS AND INSTALLATIONS DO THEIR WORK INCONSPICUOUSLY BUT RELIABLY TO EN-
SURE THAT EACH INSTRUMENT, EACH ELECTRICAL WALL SOCKET, EACH TAP AND EACH HEATING
UNIT CAN OPERATE FAULTLESSLY IN EACH COMPARTMENT.
It goes without saying that this part of the boat, in which more than 65 years of know-how has
been invested, receives maximum attention.
A quiet motor yacht is born during the construction phase (see pages 30-33). Besides major struc-
tural measures, the engine room is provided with additional insulation in the form of a package
of special materials.
Convenience and transparency are of great importance in terms of the installation of the techni-
cal equipment in the engine room. Here too, modular construction forms the basis of the overall
46
47. THE SILENT DIESEL ENGINE
concept. The easy-to-understand structure of all the systems makes maintenance a simple and
efficient process. This not only makes it possible for service engineers to work in accordance with
standard procedures, it also means that the owner doesn’t have to be a fully qualified engineer
to carry out simple routine checks. Absolute standards make it possible to make a reliable diag-
nosis remotely. So you can set off in peace.
All these systems do of course have to be supplied with electricity, fuel, oil and/or water. In short,
it’s a complex system. All this pipework and wiring must not disturb anyone and must of course
be invisible but at the same time easily accessible. That’s why most of it runs under the floors and
along the inside walls of the hull.
THE FIS® (FLOOR INTEGRATED SYSTEM®) IS A REVOLUTIONARY LINSSEN INNOVATION WHICH EN-
SURES THAT THE - PREFABRICATED - CABLE TREES AND PIPES CAN BE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED
SAFELY AND CONVENIENTLY WHILE REMAINING EASILY ACCESSIBLE.
47
52. OF COURSE, THE DESIGN OF THE INTERIOR IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE FOR
THE PRACTICAL VALUE OF A BOAT. IT’S NOT A QUESTION OF HOW MANY
DIFFERENT VARIANTS OF LAYOUT OR – WORSE STILL – COMPROMISES A
BOATYARD CAN OFFER ITS CUSTOMERS, IT’S ABOUT HOW EFFECTIVELY THE
AVAILABLE SPACE AND CAPACITY ARE USED IN THE ORIGINAL DESIGN!
AsfarasLinssenisconcerned,acomfortablestayonboardmeans,forexample,
that all members of the crew can move freely, that they have sufficient privacy
and that the facilities satisfy today’s notions of comfort and ease of operation.
Here we are thinking, for example, of generously-proportioned seating in
a bright, sun-drenched saloon and a spacious dinette with enough room
in which to enjoy a hearty breakfast, a tasty lunch or a three-course dinner
together. Or of the amply proportioned beds that provide a good night's sleep
in spacious and luxurious cabins.
PURE COMFORT
ON BOARD!
52
53. A well-balanced interior should also have an adequate supply of storage space
where it is needed. This means conveniently positioned cupboards, drawers,
clothes racks, shelves and compartments. But proper insulation, air condition-
ing and ventilation facilities are also factors which combine to increase com-
fort.
WE HAVE ALWAYS RAISED THE BAR WHEN IT COMES TO CLASSIC COM-
FORT. BUT TECHNICAL ADVANCES IN TERMS OF THE INTERNET AND TELEPH-
ONY HAVE BEEN HAPPENING SO QUICKLY IN RECENT YEARS THAT MUCH
MORE IS EXPECTED OF A YACHT THESE DAYS.
When you spend a prolonged period on your own yacht, it’s more than a
floating holiday home. You also want to remain contactable and be able to
enjoy all the comforts of home.
Home entertainment centres, wireless internet, connections for mobile
phones and/or tablets and complete domotics systems are some of the
available options. This technology can then also be used, for example, for
navigation.
THIS INCREASES THE VALUE OF YOUR LINSSEN EVEN MORE.

The Linssen Variotop® is a striking example of Linssen's in-house developments and is without a doubt one
of the technical milestones in modern yacht building. The Linssen-Variotop® is therefore a symbol of the
innovative power of Linssen Yachts and has been patented in a number of countries.
A yacht equipped with a Linssen Variotop® is actually a very special combination of an inside and outside
helmsman’s position and a fly-bridge. With a Variotop® you are sailing “outside” and you can combine the
aft deck or open cockpit with the wheelhouse to form one big external space. If the weather gods are less
well disposed towards you, just close the Variotop®, and you will actually be connecting the helmsman's
position to the aft cabin, creating an impressive internal space. In this way the Variotop® unites the com-
partments and therefore the crew.
The Variotop® is a folding roof that covers the wheelhouse so that it is completely watertight and insu-
lated thanks to ingenious locking and sealing systems. Close the Variotop® and the wheelhouse doors and
the open helmsman's position is instantly transformed into a heated Variotop® wheelhouse where it is a
pleasure to be. On a warm summer’s day, just cruising along, the boat gently rolling at anchor or leisurely
moored to the quay, the Variotop® – now like a fully fledged bimini top – provides wonderful cool shade.

FINANCIAL, TECHNICAL AND PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS EACH HAVE THEIR
OWN WEIGHT IN THE SELECTION AND DECISION-MAKING PROCESS. WHAT
YOU WANT IS CERTAINTY. ABOUT THE PRODUCT: THE BOAT AND ABOUT
THE SUPPLIER: YOUR PARTNER. BECAUSE THE QUALITIES OF BOTH WILL
BECOME APPARENT AFTER DELIVERY… IN ADDITION, YOU WILL ALSO WANT
TO HAVE A CLEAR IDEA OF THE SOUNDNESS OF YOUR INVESTMENT.
The Linssen Yachts brand represents a thoroughly sound family business
which has been operating in the yacht building industry on a secure financial
footing since 1949. To demonstrate the durability of our products in terms of
quality and being a sound investment, we need only point to our pre-owned
yachts. A Linssen retains its value and is subject to fewer price fluctuations
than is usual on the pre-owned yachts market. This means that you have a
reliable and healthy partner in Linssen Yachts which will continue to provide
you with the same level of advice and assistance as now, even after a couple
of decades. The Linssen family takes care of its customers!
REWARD YOURSELF
WITH A NEW
LINSSEN!
59
61. WE AT LINSSEN YACHTS BELIEVE IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO GET TO KNOW
US AS A RELIABLE PARTNER BEFOREHAND. WE ALWAYS WANT YOU TO HAVE
A GOOD AND CERTAIN FEELING ABOUT YOUR SOUND INVESTMENT IN A
LINSSEN.
Pay a visit to our boatyard in Maasbracht and you will be able to appreciate the
power and dynamism of our business – it will quickly become clear to you why
a Linssen is a Linssen! Because we are the only people who live up to the fine
promises made in the brochures! We do what we promise, time and time again!
THE BEST EVIDENCE OF THIS IS OUR THREE-YEAR WARRANTY PLAN. THIS
SHOWS THAT WE STAND FOUR-SQUARE BEHIND EACH YACHT THAT LEAVES
OUR BOATYARD IN MAASBRACHT!
We invite you to visit our boatyard so that you can get an idea of Linssen
Yachts. You will be amazed!
You can make an appointment at any time with us or with one of our deal-
ers. Maasbracht is centrally located in the international border region between
Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany and is also easily accessible from Düs-
seldorf, Maastricht-Aachen and Eindhoven airports.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR VISIT TO MAASBRACHT!
61
63. 63
IT’S TRUE THAT WE OWE OUR REPUTATION TO OUR YACHTS. BUT WE ALSO
OWE IT TO THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE ONCE THE SALE HAS BEEN COMPLETED!
WE REGARD IT AS OUR DUTY TO SHOWCASE THE VALUES THAT INSPIRE OUR
WORKERS WHEN THEY BUILD EACH LINSSEN: RELIABILITY, CONSISTENT
QUALITY AND DURABILITY!
That’s why we’ll never just thrust the keys of your new yacht into your hand
without providing you with comprehensive information! The handover at
Linssen always takes a full day so that every detail can be explained, every
question answered and every test completed – you can rely on us for that!
THE LINSSEN FAMILY
From the moment you invest in a new or pre-owned Linssen, you automati-
cally become a member of the Linssen family. In marinas and on many wa-
terways in Europe, you will encounter fellow boating enthusiasts you can
exchange knowledge and experience with.
LINSSEN OWNER PRIVILEGE CARD
In addition, you will also receive the Linssen Owner Privilege Card. A hos-
pitality card that offers you great deals in an increasing number of places
across Europe.
OWNERS ASSOCIATIONS
By joining one of the Linssen owners associations in the Netherlands/Bel-
gium, Germany, the UK or Switzerland, you will receive even more. The asso-
ciations regularly organise cruises that you would maybe not dare to under-
take on your own, training sessions and “technology” days and, of course,
they exchange a lot of information on cruising areas all over Europe.
So you see:
WHEN YOU BUY A LINSSEN
A LOT MORE COMES WITH THE DEAL!
65. 65
AFTER-SALES
SERVICE IS JUST
AS IMPORTANT TO
US AS YOUR
INITIAL PURCHASE!
A LUXURY MOTOR YACHT IS A COMPLICATED PACKAGE OF TECHNOLOGY.
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT A TECHNICAL PROBLEM OCCURS ON BOARD
YOUR LINSSEN, YOU WILL FIND OUT ABOUT LINSSEN’S PAINSTAKING AND
COMPREHENSIVE AFTER-SALES PROGRAMME.
We venture to state in all modesty that Linssen Yachts is the market leader in
its segment. We have achieved this by daring to be self-critical and setting very
high standards for ourselves. Because of this a certain innovative power arose
“of its own accord” which often made us trend-setters.
Maybe it’s also the lesson taught by Jac. Linssen senior, who constantly repeat-
ed: “…Always try to give your customers a bit more than you promised them. In
this way you will win loyal customers…”
IT IS FROM THESE SIMPLE OBJECTIVES THAT WE DERIVE OUR MISSION
STATEMENT ‘WE TAKE YOUR PLEASURE SERIOUSLY’®. NOW AND IN THE
FUTURE.
