Mercedes. Increased sales from 40 units to 65 units per month. Also
worked with as many new car deals as used.
McDavid Honda of Frisco Helped open the largest volume Honda store
in the Metroplex. Sales volume of 275-405 new retail units. Managed a
sales staff of 35-50 sales consultants. Number 1 Honda dealer in the state
2 out of first 5 months open. In February, became Used Car Manager.
Helped take volume from 65 units to 115 units, and gross from $1800 pur
to $2400 pur.
Saturn of Plano Successfully trained, motivated and supervised sales of
9-12 salespeople. Maintained well above average CSI. Increased
aftermarket sales from $150 per unit to $700 per unit. Maintained course
of study required by Saturn Corp.
Jupiter Chevrolet Successfully trained, motivated, and supervised sales
of 15-20 salespeople. Also started a phone room which increased sales
dramatically. Maintained $1500 or better front end gross and helped
maintain $850 or better per retail on the backend. DCS, ACCESS, Dial,
VOMS, R&R, ADP trained. Internet sales and above average PC
experience.
Westside Motors Successfully trained, motivated, and supervised sales of
15-20 salespeople. Responsible for closing in finance. Maintained $850 or
better per retail backend profit. All DCS and Dial reporting (deliveries and
rebates). Also desked deals and took turns on the floor. GM Access
trained.
Granbury Auto Ranch Successfully trained, motivated, and supervised
sales of 10-20 salespeople. Maintained 150+ new vehicle inventory.
Responsible for above average CSI scores and contact with factory reps.
Achieved Buick Royal Purple status as well as Sales Master with Pontiac.
