This document summarizes a dental case involving a 28-year-old male patient missing an upper left back tooth for 3 months. The patient had previously had the root of tooth 26 extracted. The ideal treatment plan is to restore the missing tooth 26 with a single dental implant and perform an indirect sinus lift with bone augmentation. The optimal plan is this single implant as the only option, as the patient does not want a removable partial denture. An implant is recommended to promote bone maintenance and preservation of nearby teeth.
