Greetings!
Allow me to introduce myself as a new employee of Cerebral Palsy and Arc. My name is Katie Raymond
and I am working as the new Program Coordinator. I am writing this letter to introduce myself since I
will be assuming responsibilities of Bob Poeschl, previous Program Manager. I previously worked at Arc‐
Winnebago County Disabilities Association as an intern, administrative assistant and helped with
programming. I am very excited for this new opportunity as the Program Coordinator and working with
past clients and meeting new ones.
My goal as Program Coordinator is to provide new, fun, and educational programs to our clients. In the
attached calendar, you will find weekly classes, as well as some updates and changes to our monthly
favorites of Game Day and Wii Sports. It is the hope of Cerebral Palsy and Arc to expand our
programming and get more clients involved.
Starting in June, all participants of programs must RSVP to me or Cerebral Palsy to ensure a spot. This
allows us enough time to purchase materials and plan ahead accordingly. Participants who come to
programs without RSVP’ing are not guaranteed supplies. Please help us make our programs a success
by calling ahead and reserving your spot!
