This document discusses an ultrasound exam that found a hepatic vascular tumor in a fetus. Doppler imaging showed possible venous and arterial blood flow within the tumor. The fetus' heart and other vessels appeared normal. However, cardiomegaly was detected at 34 weeks, and the conclusion suggested delivery may be needed soon due to risk of cardiac failure.
