Slides are in Dutch. I gave a presentation about intranet and digital workplace trends at the 'Noordelijke intranetsymposium' (Northern intranet symposium). Trends I shared were: content strategy and modelling, search, measuring value/use, business intranets, design, cheap(er) intranets, using intranet to connect customer facing roles to office roles, integration of website/intranet/extranet and social in DNA of intranet. At the end of the presentation I shared some future trends: bots, AI, conversational interfaces, location and virtual reality.
