Metaphys 村田智明 Chiaki Murata 行為設計日本設計師村田智明，建立「 METAPHYS 」的品牌網站；是在日本企畫推動共同理念、共同品牌、共同行銷、以開創新事業模式的先驅者。「行為設計」時代來臨，商品開發人員只有用心觀察消費者的生活細節，才有可能推出符合使用者需求的產品。想想這些場景！下一場會議時間就快到了，眼前的客戶卻還沒有走人的意思，想偷瞄一眼手表，卻覺得有點失禮。如果有一款表，可以讓你不必偷瞄，就能看清楚時間，該有多好？穿著西裝的男士，回家總是先脫西裝外套，再脫褲子，但實驗證明，這樣的順序很難把衣服和褲子掛好在同一個衣架上；比較方便的方式，是把順序反過來，但一般人很少這麼做，因為上半身著衣、下半身未著褲，會讓人覺得不自在。有沒有廠商在設計衣架前就已為這個難題想到解決方案？來自日本的村田智明以上述兩個大家經常會遇到的問題，大力鼓吹「行為設計（ Behavior Design ）」觀念，希望產品開發人員在催生新產品前，就應先設想使用者在不同時間、空間的行為及使用介面等，才能開發出使用者真正需要的產品。
