6. Processing of E-exemption
First e-Exemption request is to be send
by SR or Nurse.
Approved by concerned faculty.
Approved by social worker.
Approved by Duty officer.
Final approval is to be done by Chief.
Once the final approval has been made a
printout is to sent the concerned
Ward/ICU.
