Sales & Marketing Professional, Public Speaker and Host; interested in pursuing a sales and

    Cypress’ C4IP product line employing the Nortel CS2K and MCS5200 switches. Promoted the

•   Account Executive — 2006 to 2007 Time Warner / Xspedius
    Consistent sales hunter. Consultative sales process was used to analyze the client’s business model

    designing solutions for multi-location small to medium business market. Designed fiber optics
    project-build solutions. Developed client solutions involving multi-location MPLS networks, MLPPP
    bonded T1 solutions, Dynamic T1s, PRIs, and VPNs. Trained in both Xspedius and Time Warner
    product lines. Provided full service sales from initial contact to proposal, sale, installation and follow
    up. Developed several networking partners to target up-market clients.
•   Sales Manager – Fort Worth — 2005 to 2006 CentricVoice
    Consistent Sales Team Growth. Senior Manager over Fort Worth Direct Sales Division. Guided
    sales and service implementation. Provided team support for location pre-qualification, solution
    consultation, sales assistance, and field information. Oversaw product and sales training for Fort
    Worth, Dallas and Houston Sales teams. Secured agreement with Verio to provide all DNS, web
    hosting and email products. Assisted development of the provisioning processes and developed
    sales materials and training for Verio products within the company. Increased office efficiency by
    implementing a refined paperwork process improving efficiency by 80 percent. Developed sales
    materials including pricing, product knowledge, and client materials.
•   Data Sales Manager — 2001 to 2003 Birch Telecom
    New Market Deployment and Sales Growth. Managed Sales and Training over 4 sales teams in
    Dallas and Fort Worth. Launched broadband T1 and DSL sales programs exceeding sales goals and
    growth plans. Developed up market positioning and sales targeting. Lead the change in company
    sales focus to broadband sales, building new business revenue, outselling voice services. Consistent

•   Senior Account Executive — 2000 to 2005 Birch Telecom
    Top Sales Performance. Consistently in the top 10 percent of the sales force company wide.
    Numerous awards for Data Sales (T1 and DSL), Line Count Sales, Gross Sales, and New Accounts.
    Met all qualifications for Senior Account Executive in less than ten months with numerous multi-
    location sales and multi-location data sales. Promoted to Data Account Manager 2001.

    Graphical web design firm for UPost.com online auction. Complete overhaul of their “Open Site”
    based auction site including; the GUI, graphics, and layout to create an intuitive and pleasurable
    experience.
•   Founder —1991 to 1999 Transtech Services – Automotive Aftermarket Supplier
    Rapid Growth. Purchased “The General Store”. Delivered 500% sales increase in years two through
    five. Managed contact of over 16,000 customers with up to ten national sales representatives.
    Maintained a database of over 70,000 prospects. Intensively developed new product concepts from
    packaging to promotions, hardware purchases, modifications, and delivery, sales and customer
    service, financing to placement of finished products into the clients business plan. Developed a
    system for coordinating customer accounts with sales leads. Implemented marketing plans, contact
    management system, desktop publishing, and promotions. Designed and refined customer service,
    support, and training in concert with sales and shipping.
•   Vice President Sales —1990 to 1991 The General Store – Automotive Aftermarket Supplier
    Accelerated Sales Performance. Advanced from new sales rep to Vice President of sales in one
    year by outselling the sales team by 300% of monthly sales, delivering a 30% increase in company
    sales the first year. Developed and trained sales team deploying a customer sales tracking system
    which increased team wide sales and customer satisfaction.
