other places upsets.
The sight of misery and filth upsets.
The thought of crimes and deception upsets.
The fear of future possibilities of miseries
also upset!
The only answer is to try and acquire
wisdom and spread it. The best way for this
is NAMASMARAN or remaining oriented to
your true self. But this is not easy!

4. All other activities such as sports,
entertainment, inebriants and sedatives, are
temporarily useful but being incomplete, do
not give the sense of completion and
fulfillment.
