Can you change someone who doesn’t want to change?
Most people want to change, sure there are people who say they are happy the way they are and don’t want change. Human beings are real pros at lying to themselves; in fact, it is when they lie most convincingly.
So can we change someone who doesn’t want change? All of us want to be better, to be fulfilled, and we are desperately seeking to use our potential and become something more. This is how we are made.
Understand that that you have to come to these situations with genuine care, if the person you are working with feels that you have your own ulterior motive, your techniques will not work. Furthermore the person that you are working with will need the ability to want to change. When you want to help someone become a better person, you will find that you have significant influence to help almost anyone to live a happier, more rewarding life. I wish you good relationships
