L2 advocates educating oneself on patron information culture, shaping services around patron preferences instead of library terms, and releasing services imperfectly to modify based on user feedback. L2 utilizes technologies like RSS, wikis, blogs, tagging, reviews, alerts and social networking to invite virtual participation and feedback from patrons 24/7.
