Background
Dan Pascale is a Certified Development, Design and Construction
Professional with over 30 years of experience in the development and
construction of more than $1B of commercial real estate. Dan has
worked for prominent commercial real estate companies and general
contractors throughout his career in the development of both ground-up
projects and significant renovations and expansions across the country.
His hands-on involvement in all aspects of the process has provided
him with the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage the
entire development team or handle the individual roles separately.
Prior to forming PDS, Dan worked for General Growth Properties in creating value in regional
shopping centers through development and redevelopment. Before that, Dan spent over 16 years
with Jones Lang LaSalle (and their acquired companies) in various aspects of development ranging
from an ownership role, to a third-party role, to an investment advisory role. His involvement has
included development management, construction project management, acquisitions and dispositions,
and facilities management, all with a strong commitment to excellence. Dan spent the earlier part of
his career in construction management working on trophy properties, where he learned what it takes
to get a job done on time and within budget.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo, and has
completed 75% of the required course work in the MBA program at Florida International University.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land
Institute (ULI).
