APPENDIX
Tables, rules, and conditions

Terms you need to know
Group Qualification Points (GQP): Represents the total of the PQP
generated by the entire group that is in your organization, such amount
determines the total output of your organization, which in turn
determines the assigned rank you have in Ardyss.
40% Rule: To qualify for the different Rank Status you must meet the 40%
rule, which establishes that not more than 40% may be given as a total of
the GQP on any of your organization legs. (This rule applies for power
Start)
50% Rule: To qualify for the different Rank Status you must meet the 50%
rule, which establishes that not more than 50% may be given as a total of
the GQP on any of your organization legs.
These terms and concepts will help you understand the
10 ways of earning money in Ardyss.
Direct Sales: Purchase products at wholesale price and sell them at retail
price, obtaining a 66% profit.
Rank: The category that defines the current rank of a distributor.
(For example: Supervisor, Manager-A, etc.)
Active: To be considered as an Active Distributor you must maintain a
minimum purchase of 50 PQP per month, and you will be considered as
Qualified Distributor if you keep buying 150 or 100 PQP per month.*
*Note: As you advance in rank the score increases as well.
Personal Qualification Points (PQP): Represents the value assigned to
each product that you buy either for sale or consumption, and the sum of
these points is used to determine if you qualify to have the next rank level
assigned.
Value Points (VP): Every Ardyss product has an amount of points asigned
and named as "Value Points" (VP). The VP are used to calculate different
payment options that are described in the Compensation Plan.

Requirements, restrictions and charts
Purchase products at wholesale price and sell them at "retail price". You earn up to 66% of profit.
1 DIRECT SALES
Fast Money
The Power Pack (Power pack), is the best way to enroll your guests in Ardyss, as it gives you access to the Power Start
program, which will help you build your business as you obtain quick income. Every time you invite someone with
Power Pack, you will receive 80 USD, 120 USD or 200 USD depending on the package ( Complying with the Quality
Enrollment Requirements).
Requirements and Restrictions
Your guest must register with the Power Pack.To receive this bonus you must make your personal minimum. Note:Your
guests should be in Recurring Order and send their W9 form.
Express Bonus
There is a Basic Membership of $30 USD to enroll as an Ardyss Distributor and being able to receive the benefits of the
Compensation Plan except for the Power Start bonus. The Sponsor gets from a 20% to a 30% from the Value Points of
the first purchase. (Only from the first order.)
2 POWER PACK BONUS
One Time Payment
To participate in this program, you must have enrolled with the Power Pack. For a guest to be considered as active,
he/she must be enrolled by you and be placed on your first level; additionally he/she must make a minimum purchase
of 100 PQP in that month. If you buy a power pack after several months of having joined the company, the goal to be
paid will not be retroactive, it will be based on the total GQP made the previous month applying the 40% rule. It is also
a bonus that gives you the opportunity to get paid for the goals your guests meet with Power Start. If your guest meets
a goal, he wins and you get 100% matching bonus of that too.
3 POWER START *
One Time Payment
If your guest enrolls with Power Pack and achieves a higher rank than yours, you can not get a matching bonus. To
receive this bonus you must make your personal minimum according to your rank.
4 MATCHING POWER START BONUS
One Time Payment
(*) These changes apply from commissions run of January 2013
1.- You must have a minimum of 3 active Distributors with 100 points.
2.- Active Distributors must be directly enrolled, placed on your first level.
3.- The goals should be achieved with points accumulated by your group, if the points are personal

You earn it each month as long as you keep your rank or progress, that is by
keeping your GQP of all your group or you increase.
Restrictions
You must keep your group volume (GQP) according to the table.
50% rule applies.
You must pass the required personal rating score for your rank.
If you qualify with a previous rank, Ardyss will pay only half the achievement of
your qualifying rank. In case you droped down two rank levels in the same
month the achievement does not apply.
Earn money to get the car of your dreams!
As your business grows, so does your monthly achievements.
It is very simple to obtain this bonus, you just have to meet for 2
consecutive months the goals of the following table.
Restrictions
You must accomplish your goal in the table for 2 consecutive months.
In case you do not qualify with your rank, you will receive 50% of the
previous rank status. (See table and example). The 50% rule applies.

Example
If you were Manager-B, but did not get to the goal of 12,000
GQP, you will be paid only 50% of the achievement of the
previous rank. ie. Manager-A; receives the half of $225.00
In case you qualified as a Supervisor (4,000 GQP) you do not
earn this bonus.
Example
If the last month you qualified as Manager-A and this month only as a
supervisor, you will get 50% of the achievement of the supervisor rank,
that means the half of $100 ( $50 ).

You gain an additional 4% of all purchases in your first generation (see table) from
when you reach your rank status of Manager-B (10.000 PCG).
As you reach new Rank, you have access to make money over generations.
What is a generation?
It is all the people of lower ranks (Advisor, Coordinator, Supervisor and Manager-A)
which are below someone who has the status of Manager-B or higher.
Restrictions
To receive this achievement you must have the status of Manager-B and on.
It must meet the 50% rule. This bonus does not apply in case the rank status
required is lost.
8 GENERATIONAL BONUS
Monthly Payment
With the Matching Bonus you win the same amount that your guest
earns, as long as both of you keep your current rank or increase it.
Restrictions
Both (your guest and you) must comply with the minimum of
personal qualification points according to your ranks. (See table)
Both (your guest and you) must have a Recurring Order in the month
in course, according to your Rank.
If the enroler loses his/her rank status, the bonus does not apply, and
if the guest loses his/her rank status the enroler loses the chance to
obtain the Macthing Bonus.
You must have entered 2 new guests with Business Builder in the
qualifying month. 50% rule applies

Suppose you get to the status of Manager-B, then you will earn 4% of
the purchase of your first generation, ie. All people who are Advisors,
Coordinators, Supervisors and Managers-A.
Imagine you advance to the Director Rank within your organization and
there is a Manager-B, then you would earn 3% of purchases of the first
generation of that Manager-B (ie. your second generation).
And so on.

It pays you 10% (in VP) of all the purchases your guests do
month after month, regardless of whether you placed
underneath somebody else on your team.
Restrictions
You are only payed for the purchases of your personal guests.
Applies starting from the second purchase from your
personal guests. You must meet your minimum PQP
according to your ranks.
9 ENROLLER BONUS
Monthly Payment
You get 5% of the consumption of each person in your organization up to 8 levels! That is, if the
guest of your guest Ardyss make a purchase, you get 5% of that purchase.
Requirements
It is essential to meet your monthly minimum of PQP to qualify for this achievement.
Restrictions
Applies starting from the second purchase of any person in your organization.
In addition, this achievement is combined with the enroller bonus, so in total you earn 15%
of each person you invite, and an additional 5% of each person in your organization.
Between levels 1-8 depending on your rank.
