• And re-directed to choose their bank to make
their online payment

5. Payment Flow
Step 3 - Online Banking HPP
• They complete their payment transaction
• Immediately the payment is confirmed
• The money is deducted from the card-holder bank account
• And deposited directly into the MSB merchant bank account
• The MSB delivers the money to the recipient overseas based on
delivery option selected, e.g., Account-to-Account, Home Delivery,
Cash-Pickup or Reload-able Prepaid Card
• Or directly to recipient’s bank account for domestic transactions or
Reload-able Prepaid Card
• A convenience fee per transaction is paid by Merchant to Sterling
Information Technologies Inc.
