thinking short term, they create product after

This is a major bummer for most small product
creators. Although this is the easiest thing to take care of,
most people never do it. I do not understand WHY!

11. POTENTIAL CUSTOMER’S mind at ease and
makes closing the sale easy. There are numerous free
support desk script which can be installed within
seconds by even the greenest of newbies…. Yet, only a
handful of people do this.
IF you’re reading this and you have a product (I DO
NOT CARE if it’s an affiliate product or your own) but
NO support desk, SLAP YOURSELF RIGHT NOW!

which does not make me any money (directly
anyways) and I answer my support tickets for 1 hour
each day!

13. …Maybe it’s just good karma but you need to get yourself
a support desk if you’re selling anything. Let the
customers know that they are dealing with a REAL

internet
Every sales letter that is successful includes the picture of
the product creator! You know why? Because if you
hide behind the great wall of internet people
are scared to buy from you!
They will NEVER (unless they really really want the
product) buy from a page which has (1) no real
person (2) no way to reach out to the seller!

15. DO NOT hide behind the great wall of internet. It again takes
me back to the first point I made. If you create a REMARKABLE
PRODUCT you’d be willing to put your name on it; however, if
you’re doing something shady you don’t want your name
associated to it.
People on the internet are smart and they realize this: NO
NAME = SOMETHING SHADY.

16. People don’t know, like or trust
you
The last and final reason why people don’t buy from
you is either they do not know you at all, or they
don’t like or trust you.
….people like Frank Kern, Mike Filsaime etc. have these
nailed. Most people who have been in the ‘Make Money
Online’ know then, like them and trust them. Result?
