The DHP-1 and DHP-18 are standardised diabetes-specific measures of the impact of diabetes on psychological and
behavioural dysfunctioning in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes respectively. Compliant with FDA guidelines on PRO developments

2. Through a combination of factor analyses, internal reliability, construct, convergent and discriminant
validity the 32-item DHP-1 conceptual framework is defined for Type 1 & Type 2 Insulin requiring patients.
