Implementation and Deployment 
Product Management 
- A strategy leader with experience in driving multiple product design, definition and delivery for Web / Cloud Computing 
(Cloud Clients, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS etc.), Analytics, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Mobile APIs, Recruitment, eCommerce and 
Social Media 
- Own and maintain Product Backlogs: based on Business value, ROI, Product Vision and prioritization of User Stories 
- Documentation: MRD, PRD, Technical Proposals, Presentations etc. 
Product Engineering 
- Going Agile way: Development Methodology process definition and implementation, desired documentation 
- Product Planning & Execution: Plan and discuss Product Roadmap, possible Releases (major & minor) and respective Sprints 
with the teams, Collaborate with teams in developing and maintaining Release and Sprint Backlogs 
- Estimate: Resource, Time and Cost 
- Mentor teams during Product Specification Conformance (Test Cases definition) based on UX and User Stories 
- Code Repository: Code Library and Repository for its re-use by the respective programmers 
- Meetings: Customer and Senior Management meetings, Retrospective meetings, Scrum meetings (if needed) 
- Management & Framework Tools: JIRA (Manage Agile), SPRING, MS Project, Visio etc. 
Presales Support 
- Master and maintain knowledge of organization’s product-suite and act as Product Expert for Sales Team & Customers. 
Manage the relationship with the customer and act as “second face” to the customer during the Sales Cycle 
- Mockups preparation post collaboration with Customer and respective stakeholders from Sales team 
- Go-No-Go Analysis, Solution Consulting (existing systems study, POC Development & Customer Presentations), Solution 
Design & Documentation (Planning, As-Is, To-Be / Gap / Need Analysis), strong track record of handling Presales activities e.g. 
Project Definition, Scoping, SOW, RFP, Work Orders by innovating, developing and executing Business Plan, Sales Pipeline,

- Manage and prepare technical/commercial responses to RFX (Government Tenders and Corporate Customers either regional
