Good Morning!!
Coromandel International Limited agrees to acquire promoter’s stake of Liberty Phosphate Ltd at Rs 241 per share
In the 2nd and 3rd week of Dec 2012, we recommended to buy Liberty Phosphate Ltd at Rs 154 to Rs 160 per share. This is fundamentally a good stock to
hold. Coromandel International had given an open offer for this stock at Rs 241 per share. This had become evident from the today’s announcement. It is
solid 56% profit before tax in just one month. Market sometimes, gives thumbs up to fundamentally strong stocks like this.
