What to do when the market is bullish?
In stock market, people tend to follow herd mentality. When the market is beat down, most of the retail investors vanish from the stock
market saying that ‘it is the end of the world’. But it is a fact that world will not end like in Hollywood movie ‘2012’! But when the same
market goes up like a bull, people from all walks of life invest in stocks. Now this is why many investors are not successful. On the contrary,
if people invest in bear and harvest the same in bull, they can earn returns that can beat the market and also killer inflation. This is what
every oftern Mr Warren Buffet says ‘Invest when others are fearful and sell when others are greedy’!
